​The safety and welfare of children is paramount in all we do.
We are careful in our recruitment, training and delivery to ensure children are safe and protected. We have our own Safeguarding Policy, but usually work under the Schools and Football Associations policies to ensure consistency. All our coaches/volunteers have basic First Aid and Safeguarding training and have an enhanced DBS disclosure.
All our coaches/volunteers are insured and we have risk assessments available and will create bespoke ones based on individual schools if required. At the start of the season all Players, Coaches, Volunteers and Parents are asked to abide and sign a code of conduct the falls in line with the club and FA.
